Good morning, Dr. Romo and Dr. Frederick--

I've just received confirmation that the COEHD will be graduating 20 doctoral students on Saturday!  This is an historic number—not only for our college, but for the university overall.  Our faculty has demonstrated outstanding commitment to the success of these doctoral students, and I am very appreciative of their efforts to provide both graduates and undergraduate with exemplary

educational experiences.  

We are aware that college graduation is a huge milestone in people's lives, and understandably significant for graduates and their families.  Consequently, I am pleased to say that 90 faculty members from the COEHD will be participating in Saturday's commencement ceremony.

We are very excited about our success and proud of our contribution to the university's efforts to achieve Tier One status
