In order for the Information Security team to investigate a possible phishing/spam email we need the email sent as an ATTACHMENT to include all the internet headers. Please follow the below steps:

To attach the spam email to send to UTS (formerly OIT)

1. Create NEW Email to TechCafe@utsa.edu  or reply to this email

2. Place [UTSA Account Migration] in the subject of the email, including the square brackets

3. Select the INSERT (tab).

4. Select OUTLOOK ITEM from the toolbar.

5. Browse to the message you are inquiring about, and SELECT it to attach it.

If you need any assistance attaching the message, please call x5555 during operating hours of 8am to 6pm.
