Spotlight:
Changing
of the guard

After many faithful years of service, Denise Garcia bid farewell to COEHD as she slipped into the luxury and comfort of retirement. Her "UTSA brick" was well received by Garcia and assures a way of making her always a part of UTSA. The morning reception also
served as a welcome to Priscilla Marquez, the new face in the Dean's office that takes Garcia's place as Senior Administrative Associate for COEHD. Aloha! to both as a farewell and goodbye.

snow-day YouTube video goes viral
by Samantha Grossman, Time | 01/25
Third-grade teacher Mary Morris really loves snow days. So much that she created this very elaborate, six-minute parody of Adele’s “Hello,” all about snow days. Seriously, the production values here are much higher than your average
Adele parody. She clearly really loves snow days.
