Dear Colleagues and Friends of the COEHD,

We will hold our 14th Annual COEHD Research Colloquium, “Interdisciplinary and International Contributions

to Educational Research”

Spring Semester, Thursday, March 3, 2022, Set up at 3:30 and begins 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

in the HEB Ballroom, 1604 Campus. Do mark your calendar!

We welcome Research-Based Presentations by Faculty, Doctoral and M.A. Students,

as well as Undergraduates. Research may be at a preliminary planning stage, pre-publication, grant-based or

published, should you or your students and staff wish to discuss a pressing research question-problem, or a study published that

warrants group dialogic communication, or a study that you wish to explore with UTSA colleagues.

We are hoping this will be an in-person vibrant, energizing session.

An application form will be forwarded to you, shortly, for identifying your Research Project.

Please do not hesitate to contact me, if you have questions.

This year’s theme will be Interdisciplinary and International Contributions to Educational Research

with invitations sent to other UTSA Colleges and Departments who may wish to contribute to this research

program. We are excited by this wide-lens which will also include, for the first time, interdisciplinary and

international-based research studies.

Please inform your colleagues, students at UTSA, and friends in city schools of this upcoming Colloquium so they

can participate or come to listen, contribute ideas based on practices, and learn.

Do consider possible co-presenters and identify students who may be bound for masters

and doctoral work. Note: You may present alone, with an interdisciplinary team at a roundtable, using a poster, visual effort, debate, discussion-table,

demonstration, or in other formats and modalities. APPLICATION FORMS TO BE DISTRIBUTED AND ON THE COEHD WEBSITE,

BY Monday, DEC 20.

Please email me if you have questions!

With our very best wishes for renewed inspiration in your academic pursuits,
