Hi COEHD, Welcome Back!

Every year our devices need a new ‘security certificate’ to be able to use UTSA’s AirRowdy WIFI. As stated below, “This is an annual security measure designed to protect the UTSA technology environment”.

Today at 11am, you will begin to see your device(s) ask you to authenticate.  Please go through the prompts.

The email below is legit, click below to learn how to successfully connect.

Dear Colleague,

Please be aware that as of this morning, January 15 beginning at 11 a.m., you will need to accept a new security certificate one time for each of your devices upon its connection to AirRowdy Wi-Fi. This is an annual security measure designed to protect the UTSA technology environment.

As a reminder, you can click on the instructions below to review how to connect to AirRowdy with all of your devices.

To offer the best possible service, we must regularly update UTSA systems and networks. We thank you for your patience as we work to provide a better user experience with technology services. For updates or to view upcoming routine maintenance dates, please visit utsa.edu/techsolutions/alerts.

Thank you,
