First it is Latino Heritage Month!  Please see the attached poster, attend and invite others to attend the events – especially students!

Our signature event for Latino Heritage Month is the Gala Latina.  A banquet where we will have a keynote speaker, award presentation, dinner and dancing….

Speaking of the Award….  It is time to nominate students for the Outstanding Latino/a Student Leadership Award!  Students can self-nominate and others can nominate students.  Nominations can be made on RowdyLink at https://utsa.collegiatelink.net/form/start/28518.  The Nomination Form can also be found at www.utsa.edu/ice.  I have also attached the form to this e-mail.
