I hope this email finds you well. I am attaching the revised position description for the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies  position which I hope to fill ASAP.

This position has been re-imagined  in order to reflect the new scope of the  role and responsibilities of the Associate Dean given current initiatives and trends . The Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies will play a key role in  the college's continued growth and  in the larger initiatives that are university and community wide.

If you are interested in applying for the position:

Please send a letter of intent that outlines your understanding of the position and what it requires from a college and university perspective, as well as your vision for its development, speaking specifically to where you see the greatest needs and the greatest  assets that we can leverage for success. Please include a brief discussion on where you see the college in 5 years vis a vis UG education.  A description of your ability to be successful in this role and what positions you to be the right fit should also be included. Please submit your current CV with the letter.
