To ensure we are promoting upcoming COEHD events, programs, workshops, and applicable items to all of our platforms successfully, please let us know ahead of time. Our timeframe is 2-4 weeks in advance in order to start the planning process and help you reach your audience! We understand this may not always be achievable and we will work with you every step of the way.

Meet the COEHD Communications Team

Libby Castillo

Libby joins COEHD with more than 10 years of experience in the communications field. With an extensive background in writing, graphic design, photography, and videography, she is excited about using her skills to help share the many stories and successes of the college.

Justine Cantu

For more than 2 years, Justine has worked with the COEHD IT Department while assisting with the development and transition of the new user-friendly website. She continues to support COEHD through the creation of digital designs, newsletter management, and social media campaigns.
