[German] in-person Stammtisch: new time and location / spring 2023 German courses

Hallo zusammen, The Stammtisch webpage has been updated to reflect changes to the Thursday in-person Stammtisch events: https://colfa.utsa.edu/modern-languages/german-club 1) The in-person time has changed in response to survey results from last week: * Th. Oct. 13, 1:30-2:30pm * Th. Oct. 27, 1:30-2:30pm * Th. Nov. 10, 1:30-2:30pm 2) The location has also changed: In-person Stammtisch will be held at the Outdoor Learning Environment<https://provost.utsa.edu/success-district/ole.html> (FLN - OLÉ 1) in front of the Flawn Sciences building.
