[German] reminder to sign up / $20 cash for Wurstfest participants

See the attached flier for more details, to sign up, and to self-organize carpools. The most relevant info and links are copied below. -- Cash stipend: Up to 15 UTSA students will receive $20 to use towards food, parking, and gas. To qualify for the stipend, students must be enrolled in a German class or have a meaningful German connection. Meet Dr. D at 5:30pm and/or 6:30pm in the back of das kleine Zelt (#1 on the map<https://wurstfest.com/map>;) to join the group and get your cash stipend.
