Dear UTSA Students,

We would like to address student use of the common areas at One River Walk Place.

While the Riverwalk courtyard is available and encouraged for student use, we ask that the first-floor lobby not be used as a study area, meeting space, or general gathering spot. The lobby is intended exclusively for commercial office tenants and their clients, and we want to ensure it remains a professional environment for that purpose.

Please consider utilizing the UTSA Student Union Space on the 4^th floor of One Riverwalk Place, which has been specifically configured to support student study and downtime needs.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive experience for all building occupants.
