***SENT ON BEHALF OF ONE RIVERWALK PLACE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT*** Dear UTSA Students, This is a friendly reminder regarding parking assignments at One River Walk Place. * Levels 4, 5, and 6 are designated for UTSA student and faculty parking. * Levels 1, 2, and 3 are reserved exclusively for commercial office tenants and their clients. We understand that Campus Services has communicated this information when permits were issued, and it is also available on the SA+P website (School of Architecture + Planning | Klesse College | UT San Antonio). Recently, however, we have observed UTSA vehicles parking on levels reserved for commercial tenants. This has caused ongoing concerns for our tenants and their clients. To ensure proper use of the garage, beginning next week, vehicles parked on levels 1–3 without authorization will be subject to warnings and citations.
