[Project.diverse] Dear Colleague Letter

FYI- looking over the Dear Colleague letter on educational policy for ELs and ELs with Disabilities. The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) at the U.S. Department of Education (ED) and the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). I looks like very similar language as we are seeing in special education around inclusion and full inclusion…they want them integrated into English speaking classrooms ASAP. Look through at their examples…I keep thinking a lot of bilingual programs might actually be out of compliance in an audit.
