Good morning! We have reviewed your submission and included the modifications requested
below. Please be sure to mark the revisions as complete in IRBNet when you are ready to
resubmit the IRBNet package for review.
Missing documents- Please attach the following documents to the IRBNet package:
* Revised protocol (both track changes and clean versions)
Section 1.0 will need to be revised as it focuses exclusively on Hispanic ELs.
Sections 3.1 and 3.2 will need to be revised to include the new inclusion criteria.
* Revised F-02 Form (clean version only) to include the new languages in the
responses to questions 14-16.
* Teacher Consent Forms both English and Spanish versions (track changes and clean
versions)-
* Track changes version of the following documents:
o English Minor Assent Form
o Spanish Minor Assent Form
o English Adult Student Consent Form
o Spanish Adult Student Consent Form
o Spanish Parent Permission Form
* Translated SDQ measures
o The SDQ measures were translated into Spanish. If new languages re being added
those materials will need to be translated to the new languages. Translated versions of
SDQ measures for new languages being added.
