* Virginia will upload the Project Amplify PowerPoint to Dropbox.
* Everyone will look at their calendars to determine if they can attend OELA or OSEP
conferences
* Everyone will look at their calendars to identify days and times for summer
meetings
* Everyone will brainstorm speakers and agenda items for the 2-day summer Project
Diverse Colloquium
* Dr. Boon will reach out to Marshall high school to set faculty PD date for beginning
of 2024-2025 school year.
* Dr. Boon will reach out to Marshall social studies teachers for training dates,
pacing guide, and textbook to work on over the summer.
* Dr. Boon is meeting with the director of SAISD to schedule meetings with the high
school principals
* Dr. Boon is meeting with the special and bilingual director at Edgewood ISD
* Dr. Boon will set up at meeting with Denise to talk Region 1 needs.
* Cameron and Virginia will continue to work on University High School needs
assessment.
* Dr. BP will follow up with Dr. Gutierrez from New Caney ISD to set up any trainings
for the summer/fall.
* Dr. Burke will submit the updated IRB
