Update - DT class location added
A additional class has been added at the DT location. A new workshop for departments has been created which is designed to provide assistance with copy machine leases, maintenance, and renewals. Instructions and reference materials used to create new fiscal year purchase orders and help improve invoicing payments for these services will be supplied.
This workshop is recommended to all faculty and staff who create requisitions for copy machine services. Registration can be completed through the HR My Training website<http://training.utsa.edu/> under AM 0684 - Copier Workshop. Time and dates of upcoming workshops are listed below and classes are scheduled to last 1 ½ hour.
