To All Department Purchasing Creators:

With the launch of UTShare PeopleSoft, training will begin February 18^th for the Purchasing ePro module.  Users can now register for UTShare PeopleSoft training through HR My Training website. 

Note: Users should complete Introduction to UTShare/PeopleSoft (PS 200.01) and Introduction to the Chart of Accounts (COA) (PS 201.01) before registering for Purchasing Goods and Services (202.01). 

Please contact the Purchasing Office at purchasing@utsa.edu with questions about enrollment.  Don’t wait too long, classes are filling up fast!!
