We’re gearing up to launch Rowdy Exchange — your new one-stop purchasing platform for all goods and service your department needs. It will make your ordering, approving and invoicing easier, while saving you and UTSA money.

What Does This Mean for You?

If you are involved with purchasing at any phase of the process, then you need to sign up for one of the two training classes.

Which Class Do I Take?

Rowdy Exchange Procurement Process Overview #AM0869

If you use a Procard, create and approve requisitions, and order goods and services, you need to attend this class. Classes begin May 31 (changed from the original date of May 24). Sign up now.

Rowdy Exchange Procurement Requester Training #CT0990

If you currently enter requisitions, you need to attend this class. Classes begin June 12. Sign up now.
