Notice to Campus ePro Requesters:

Beginning immediately, UTSA PeopleSoft users have the ability to select appropriate vendor addresses when creating requisitions.  Requisition creators now have the ability to change the vendor address when creating a requisition.  The attached document provides a short instructional guide for assistance with the new functionality.

Some advantages of the vendor address selection feature include, but are not limited to:

· Selecting the correct vendor address for the requisition and populating the address on the purchase order.

· Reducing the number of purchase order correction needed for vendor address modification.

· Increasing the efficiency of purchase order vendor payments.
