You might notice incorrect fringe charges posted for February 2026 Payroll.

A notice was sent out to the BSCs to provide to all areas that the FICA process failed last month and due to this failure, many student employees who are exempt from OASI taxes had them deducted from their checks. Anyone actually exempt from OASI taxes will have them refunded back in this month’s payroll processing.  They will see a refund in their March payroll and the department will see their employer match refunded.
