Hello,
One of my PIs has an award with the DOE; the Federal reporting checklist states that Property/Invention Reports, SF-428 Family, are due 90 days after the end of award. My question
is, are the reports due (Negative Reports) even if no Patent or Invention resulted from award research? Prompt response is appreciated as we have until 8/31 to file.
