Good morning,

There are 20+ proposals planned for the SAMF call due Tuesday.  OSP is seeing various versions of the budget for student positions.

Here is budget guidance based on the solicitation and communication from the SAMF contact:

1. GRAs should be budgeted in Personnel, not Scholarships or Stipends
2. Non-benefits eligible fringe is allowed since only federally mandated fringe on non-permanent positions can be charged
3. Faculty or staff with full-time permanent positions are not allowed in the budget
