A ticket was generated by OSP and assigned to me for an award negotiation/incoming award. I received the email regarding a comment stating to “submit an updated budget for the award”. However, there is still nowhere to add comments (questions, updates, etc) or submit any additional documents.

I’ll connect with Ana, I’m coming back after 4 days out with COVID so I need to catch up with the team. However under “My Cases”, I am able to open tickets I’ve submitted and type in a new message and upload attachments. Is this something you all see on your end too?

Hi – we’ve all had this problem in science.  We had talked to Ana about it last week.  Basically, we cannot add comments after it’s been submitted.  We cannot reply to emails generated from service now either.

OSP’s ServiceNow ticketing system is now live. As discussed last week, all requests to OSP should be submitted through a ServiceNow ticket. Below is the link to the portal. Please note that you will need to log in with your abc123 username and passphrase to view the OSP tickets.
