@Elizabeth Tilley Yes, that is correct, and preferable since we are almost always going back and forth within separate proposals. To keep everything distinguishable, the nomenclature should be applied to all documents within the Cayuse record.

Subject: [Rowdy.research] Clarification for document nomenclature in Peoplesoft, Supporting Documents

Dear OSP (And All),

Per the preaward SOP, we need to have documents labeled Proposal#_UTSABudget_Final (19861_UTSABudget_Final, for example).  Does this also apply to documents such as the RG0101R and RFA/NOFO’s?

I’ve seen it done both ways and want to make sure we are submitting these documents with correct nomenclature.

Please confirm.

Thank you!

Liz
