CPRIT Announces Webinar for 

FY 27.2 Prevention RFAs

The CPRIT Prevention team will host an instructional webinar on September 18 regarding the recently released Request for Applications (RFAs). Applications for all three of the FY27.2 Prevention RFAs must be submitted online in the new CPRIT Grant Management Platform, which will open on September 16th.

The three RFAs released for cycle 27.2 include:

• Primary Prevention of Cancer (PPC)
• Cancer Screening and Early Detection (CSD)
• Dissemination of CPRIT-Funded Cancer Control Interventions (DI)

The Prevention team will provide an overview of the three award mechanisms and a look at the application process in the new GMP from start through submission. There will be time for Q&A following the presentation.

NEW GRANT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

CPRIT will transition to a new grant management platform (GMP) during fiscal year 2027 (FY27). The new CPRIT GMP is a comprehensive online platform to apply for, manage, and report on CPRIT-funded grants.
