Subject: [Rowdy.research] Clarification for document nomenclature in Peoplesoft, Supporting Documents

Dear OSP (And All),

Per the preaward SOP, we need to have documents labeled Proposal#_UTSABudget_Final (19861_UTSABudget_Final, for example).  Does this also apply to documents such as the RG0101R and RFA/NOFO’s? 

I’ve seen it done both ways and want to make sure we are submitting these documents with correct nomenclature.

Please confirm.
