Hi Justin,

I have a question, is it possible for the submitter to leave comments or upload updated documentation on a ticket once the ticket has been submitted in ServiceNow? We find that we are unable to comment or upload anything after the ticket has been submitted. Please advise.

OSP’s ServiceNow ticketing system is now live. As discussed last week, all requests to OSP should be submitted through a ServiceNow ticket. Below is the link to the portal. Please note that you will need to log in with your abc123 username and passphrase to view the OSP tickets.
