Hi All,

I can’t seem to get an answer to this question.

We have 3 DARPAs coming up to be due and they are asking for how we calculate fte for faculty.  I know that 9 months is 1.0 fte.  I’ve done some research and found some institutions state that if a faculty member has AY + all 3 summer months, it is 1.33 fte. 

I’m sure this is in a HOP somewhere, but can’t find.

Please let me know your thoughts.
