The Office of Strategic Research Initiatives has indicated that they designed this internal funding opportunity so that faculty can do everything themselves as PIs.

• They are not required to submit an NOI or put the proposal in Cayuse.
• They have to have an equal partner PI from the health campus.
• The proposals should be created and submitted using InfoReady.

Regarding Digital Measures:  If faculty say that they want it in the Digital Measures, the faculty can manually enter it, however, as a reminder, Digital Measures is actually for sponsored research, not internal seed grants.
