Hello everyone,

In preparation of the upcoming NIH proposal deadline of 10/16, I wanted to remind everyone of the deadlines to be in compliance with the 15/5 Rule. Anything received after either of these deadlines would require an exception approval.

15 Day Deadline: 9/29/25

5 Day Deadline: 10/10/25

If these dates are not on your checklists, then update the checklist accordingly and communicate this update with the PI.
