Good Evening, I am writing to inform you that the 2024 NSF ExpandAI Leadership Workshop (EXAIL) date has been rescheduled to Monday, October 7. This adjustment, made on August 26, aims to better accommodate travel schedules and align with the SAIL program. For those who submitted a travel subsidization nomination, we are currently reviewing the nominations to confirm eligibility. Once this process is complete, I will provide instructions on how to receive the funds (support of $1,700 per nominee). In the meantime, participants are required to cover all travel costs according to their preferred method or their institution's policy. If you still need to complete your registration, I recommend doing so by August 31 to take advantage of the $350 registration fee. Please note that a late registration fee of $150 will apply starting September 1. I will continue to share more details as they become available.
