[cid:image003.jpg@01D5590B.B878BB50] MEMORANDUM TO: UTSA Faculty and Staff FROM: Purchasing Department DATE: August 22, 2019 SUBJECT: Purchasing Department Year-End Deadlines Reminder Tomorrow August 23, 2019 is the last day departments can submit requisitions in the Rowdy Exchange system. This includes both current fiscal year and next fiscal year requisitions of any amount. Beginning at close of business tomorrow, security permissions for creating requisitions will be revoked in the system to prevent requisition creation until Sept 2nd. Please ensure all last minute requisitions intended to encumber FY18-19 funding are not only submitted in Rowdy Exchange, but also receive workflow approval and have Purchase Orders issued. Submission of requisitions will resume after September 2nd or upon notification from Purchasing if any delays related to FY end are encountered. Additional year end dates are posted on Rowdy Exchange home page and the Purchasing website at http://www.utsa.edu/purchasing/ under the announcements sections or year-end dates communicated by Financial Affairs Controller at http://www.utsa.edu/financialaffairs/controller/.
