Hi Justin, Just to add to Josie's email: A ticket was generated by OSP and assigned to me for an award negotiation/incoming award. I received the email regarding a comment stating to "submit an updated budget for the award". However, there is still nowhere to add comments (questions, updates, etc) or submit any additional documents.
