Hello everyone, I reached out to research.gov IT and they have confirmed that any user with an Admin role can submit prior approval requests directly to NSF. Therefore, effective immediately, no Research Administrator should be creating prior approval requests in research.gov. OSP will handle this function after they have reviewed and approved the request through ServiceNow.
