Question regarding how to pay faculty on grants, but no longer at UTSA

Hi all,
What is the process that people are following when a Faculty with a POI (Person of Interest) Appointment at UTSA, with active grants at UTSA entitled to draw funds for summer effort from said grant, using to pay the faculty member? Someone suggested Adjoint/Adjunct. Please let me know what you all have done.

I have not received any guidance from our sponsors. However, yesterday, I received an update from a NIH Program Officer regarding a specific award: "I should note that numerous prior approval actions in addition to yours are delayed and in the docket, so I cannot provide a timeline for resolution."
Please note that projects can be extended on a pre-award basis, if needed.

I have a question, is it possible for the submitter to leave comments or upload updated documentation on a ticket once the ticket has been submitted in ServiceNow? We find that we are unable to comment or upload anything after the ticket has been submitted. Please advise.

OSP's ServiceNow ticketing system is now live. As discussed last week, all requests to OSP should be submitted through a ServiceNow ticket. Below is the link to the portal. Please note that you will need to log in with your abc123 username and passphrase to view the OSP tickets.

Hi - we've all had this problem in science. We had talked to Ana about it last week. Basically, we cannot add comments after it's been submitted. We cannot reply to emails generated from service now either.
