Hi - I'm just now going through emails. This wasn't my question originally and Chris may have already resolved, but for financial people that they want to add to approval chains, can those people be put into one of those roles that you list, Justin? I'm just curious about who can be added.

The only approver roles built into the approval chain are the PI, Project_Manager, and GR_CENTRAL_OFC. The approval routes in that order as well.

Calculation of fte for AY faculty

Hi All,
I can't seem to get an answer to this question.
We have 3 DARPAs coming up to be due and they are asking for how we calculate fte for faculty. I know that 9 months is 1.0 fte. I've done some research and found some institutions state that if a faculty member has AY + all 3 summer months, it is 1.33 fte.
I'm sure this is in a HOP somewhere, but can't find.
Please let me know your thoughts.
