Monthly Training Topic Dropbox
by Evelyn Vanderburg
Hello,
I'm reaching out with our monthly call for training topic submissions. This is your chance to directly influence what training topics we prioritize and deliver.
Here's the deal: Your input powers everything. The more requests a topic gets, the stronger the data I have to push it straight to the front line. Popular topics don't just get noticed - they get delivered fast.
Quick Update:
The topics submitted in April (including budget-related ones) have been received and are currently being planned with SMEs.
We'll continue delivering one high-impact training session after proper planning to ensure relevance and quality.
Please take a moment to submit your requests now using the link below.
This round, I'd love to see an even bigger response from you! More submissions = richer insights and training that truly hits the mark for the whole team.
Take just one minute to share your ideas using the link below:

Re: Clarification for document nomenclature in Peoplesoft, Supporting Documents
by Johnnie Montalvo
@Elizabeth Tilley<mailto:elizabeth.tilley@utsa.edu> Yes, that is correct, and preferable since we are almost always going back and forth within separate proposals. To keep everything distinguishable, the nomenclature should be applied to all documents within the Cayuse record.

Dear OSP (And All),
Per the preaward SOP, we need to have documents labeled Proposal#_UTSABudget_Final (19861_UTSABudget_Final, for example). Does this also apply to documents such as the RG0101R and RFA/NOFO’s?
I’ve seen it done both ways and want to make sure we are submitting these documents with correct nomenclature.
Please confirm.
Thank you!
