Dear NASA Grantees,
Please see the attached Grant Notice (GN) for an important update regarding the launch of NASA's biosketch and current and pending (other) support disclosure forms in Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv<https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sciencv/>).
Beginning June 25, 2026, NASA-specific biographical sketch and current and pending (other) support forms are now available in SciENcv. During the transition period from June 25 through August 31, 2026, applicants may submit disclosure forms using either:
Microsoft Word fillable forms, or
SciENcv-generated forms.
Starting September 1, 2026, all NASA grant and cooperative agreement proposals must use the NASA-specific SciENcv-developed forms. Word-based forms will no longer be accepted.
Thank you.

Subject: New Payment Label in PeopleSoft—What You Need to Know
[cid:image006.png@01DCFCE7.16C052A0]
Dear Colleagues,
UT San Antonio transitioned the printing of paper checks to an external service provider earlier this year. As a result, the "Payments" tab on vouchers in PeopleSoft now displays the paper check payment method as “EFT.” Although labeled as EFT, these payments are still printed as physical checks and mailed via U.S. Postal Service.
Suppliers do not automatically receive electronic funds transfer and do not need to take any action unless they prefer to receive payments electronically. Those wishing to enroll in ACH (direct deposit) may do so through PaymentWorks<https://www.paymentworks.com/app>.
If you have questions about a specific payment or need assistance, please email Disbursements and Travel Services<mailto:disbursements.travel@utsa.edu>.

Forthcoming Revisions to NASA Disclosure Forms
Dear NASA grantee community,
In accordance with Grant Information Circular 26‑02<https://www.nasa.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/gic-26-02-research-securi...>, Research Security Training Requirements, all covered individuals named on NASA grant and cooperative agreement proposals will be required to attest that they have completed research security training prior to proposal submission beginning August 5, 2026. This attestation will be made by signing a certification included in the NASA biographical sketch and current and pending (other) support forms. To support your preparation, NASA is providing advance copies of the updated forms that will be required starting August 5, 2026. The new attestation related to research security training is highlighted within these documents.
Please note: Do not use these updated forms before August 5, 2026. Until that date, continue to use the current biographical sketch and current and pending support forms available on the NASA Grant Operations Management website<https://www.nasa.gov/grants-operations-management/#Regulations> under “Grant Forms.”
