Dear NASA Grantees,
Please see the attached Grant Notice (GN) for an important update regarding the launch of
NASA's biosketch and current and pending (other) support disclosure forms in Science
Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (
SciENcv<https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sciencv/>).
Beginning June 25, 2026, NASA-specific biographical sketch and current and pending (other)
support forms are now available in SciENcv. During the transition period from June 25
through August 31, 2026, applicants may submit disclosure forms using either:
Microsoft Word fillable forms, or
SciENcv-generated forms.
Starting September 1, 2026, all NASA grant and cooperative agreement proposals must use
the NASA-specific SciENcv-developed forms. Word-based forms will no longer be accepted.
Thank you.
