Hello,
A new auto-generated PeopleSoft report has been created that will be sent out monthly to
help Principal Investigators (PI) monitor the financial status of their sponsored
award(s).
The new Project Review Report will provide a financial snapshot of the authorized budget,
expenses, encumbrances, the remaining balance, and a % of funds available for each active
Project ID in a PI’s portfolio.
Reports will be emailed for every active Project ID greater than 90 days from the start
date and less than 90 days from the end date. The email will be sent to the PI and the
assigned research administration team around the 10th of every month. Below is an example
of what the report will look like.

RAs, you are probably waking up to a number of emails in your inbox similar to the one
attached. This is a new auto generated monthly report from PeopleSoft for PIs to help
track the financial status of their projects.
I would advise that you create a rule in Outlook to send move these emails to a separate
folder to not clog your inbox. (I received 1,094 report emails myself overnight).
