Re: The source for up-to-date forms for projects.
Before submitting the completed forms to OSP for signature or action, review them to
ensure the proper action is being taken. These forms serve as backup support for actions
taken on projects and will be provided to auditors.
If you come across old forms with active links, please let Justin or me know so we can
request they be removed. If stakeholders are forwarding them, please redirect them to the
correct source.
