As a result of the new F&A rates and changes to the MTDC base, we have updated the internal UTSA Budget Template. The new budget template must be used on all proposals being submitted on Monday, December 9th or after. You can find the new budget template under the Proposal Packaging section on the OSP website<https://research.utsa.edu/osp/proposal-preperation.html>;. Because of the changes in the MTDC base occurring in FY26, please use the correct budget template as defined below.
