GRFP fellowships applications by UT San Antonio students tend to be awarded to another institution, the fellow’s declared graduate program. UT San Antonio GRFP awards declared by an incoming graduate student, as stated in their fellowship award letter and the associated application, need to be routed through OSP before their stipend PID is set up.
