Hello everyone,
Beginning on Monday Oct. 13th, OSP will begin using the Routing state on ServiceNow
Tickets. Please see the information below detailing this change.
What is changing?
OSP will be updating the state of ServiceNow tickets to Routing in the following
scenarios:
* When documents are sent to OSP leadership for signature
* When award set ups are pending speedtype creation in PeopleSoft by OSP leadership
* When prior approvals are pending approval from the sponsor
What about the Awaiting Info state?
OSP will update the state of ServiceNow tickets to Awaiting Info when
information/documents are needed from the RA Team.
Why the change?
By using both Routing and Awaiting Info states, it will be easier for everyone to quickly
identify tickets where action is needed by the RA Team or OSP/sponsor.
