OSP is seeing various versions of the budget for student positions. Here is budget guidance based on the solicitation and communication from the SAMF contact: 1. GRAs should be budgeted in Personnel, not Scholarships or Stipends 2. Non-benefits eligible fringe is allowed since only federally mandated fringe on non-permanent positions can be charged 3.
