This email is to provide you with an important update on the processing of Summer 2025 Notice of Award (NOA) requests. As you are all aware, as of August 5, 2024, the Financial Aid & Scholarships department transitioned to handling all NOA requests and inquiries in Salesforce. At the time of this transition, the stipends@utsa.edu<mailto:stipends@utsa.edu> email address was deactivated for traditional use, and we began accepting Salesforce requests via our modernized webform<https://utsa.tfaforms.net/438/>;. While the modernized webform<https://utsa.tfaforms.net/438/> allows departments to submit NOA requests for fall, spring, and summer, we were unable to process summer awards for students because summer awarding was not turned on in Banner to process. We will begin processing summer NOAs next week. Our office received many NOA requests for the 2024-2025 aid year that included fall, spring, and summer in combination. To fulfill these requests in a timely manner, we processed fall and spring awards, but we were unable to process summer requests. To ensure that we process your summer NOAs accurately, please submit a new request using the modernized webform<https://utsa.tfaforms.net/438/> by April 15, 2025. We guarantee that if you submit the summer NOAs by that deadline, we will have them processed before the summer disbursement of May 22, 2025.
