I found the following information online: According to the Recipient Guide to Award Negotiation and Administration (for the office of Indian Energy) from 2022, the Final Property Report is required regardless of whether property/equipment has been purchased.

Hi Jennifer,
Thank you. I wasn't quite sure what they meant by outside source, so I think I was misunderstanding it. Dr. Zhang is being awarded an STTR and the company he is working with will be renting space at UTSA as part of the agreement. At the time I wrote this email, I didn't realize the other support form was being submitted by the company, not UTSA. Because the company is renting the space, we are not providing space to them as in-kind, so they should not have to disclose the space rental as in-kind. Is my understanding correct?

I’ve had a lot of computer issues with VPN, etc. IT suggested I go ahead and make the move to Windows 11.. I did this Friday evening. Now, when I go into cayuse, I cannot use the manage key persons function to enter budget information. It just gives me a blank screen. When I go to add key personnel, it allows me to, but does give me an error regarding “cannot read null.”
Has anyone else had issues with cayuse after upgrading to Windows 11? I’m checking here first before going to IT. I think we have an older version of cayuse and am wondering if there are compatibility issues.
