Thank you, Shannon Lea Janssen, BBA Research Administrator III College of Sciences The University of Texas at San Antonio (UT San Antonio) **NOTE: I will be on vacation Monday, September 28, 2026 and Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Important Reminders: · 15/5 Rule and Exception Requests* for UTSA Proposals: https://research.utsa.edu/osp/ProposalDeadlines.html · NSF: Starting now, all Personnel Documents must be prepared using SciENcv. There is also a new NSF Biosketch template – Synergistic Activities are now a separate document. ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Wood, Roger <RWood@infoedglobal.com<mailto:RWood@infoedglobal.com>> Date: Fri, Sep 25, 2026 at 8:05 AM Subject: [RESADM-L] SciENcv certificate update To: resadm-l@lists.healthresearch.org<mailto:resadm-l@lists.healthresearch.org> <resadm-l@lists.healthresearch.org<mailto:resadm-l@lists.healthresearch.org>> Folks, Just a heads up that SciENcv updated the certificate used to electronically sign/certify biographical sketches and CPOS common form documents on or about 9/19/26. The previous certificate expires tomorrow (9/26/26). Applications being submitted after tomorrow to NIH will fail validation for biosketches if they were certified using the prior certificate. The image below demonstrates how you can check your documents after opening them in Adobe Acrobat. You want to see ‘Valid to: 2027/03/14’ for a successful submission after Saturday.
