Dear Colleagues,
In the spirit of National Research Administrator Day, we are pleased to recognize Health,
Community and Policy (HCAP) for its outstanding commitment to learning and continuous
improvement.
Last fiscal year, HCAP recorded the highest attendance across our training sessions and
distinguished itself through active engagement, thoughtful feedback, survey participation,
and suggestions for future topics.
That engagement has helped our training program and the broader research administration
community.
We recognize that research administrators balance demanding workloads and competing
priorities, and making time for professional development is a real commitment.
Despite those challenges, HCAP continued to show up, participate, and contribute.
In appreciation of their engagement and dedication, we are proud to present HCAP with the
Most Engaged Department Award Certificate for training.
Thank you, HCAP, for your commitment to professional growth and for helping strengthen the
research enterprise we all serve.
