Below is an example of how a History component would be met using the core from another school and meeting that component individually. This student is not core complete but gets credit for 060 (HIS).

Yes, if the component area is complete then we must honor it. Also if you check Alamo Colleges core you will see the HIST 2327 listed in addition to the HIST 1301, HIST 1302.

Just want to know if I heard Dr. Martin correctly. This student has HIS 1053 & Mexican Am History completed at Alamo Colleges. Alamo Colleges marked both with a 060. From the information at the core training, we are supposed to use both of these courses because they are marked 060, correct?
